PeopleClues Online System
The CLUES™ online system is designed to be used without any
training or specific expertise. Most new users of the CLUES™ system
are up and running within 24 hours as they begin to send new participant
invitations to individuals who need to take the various CLUES™ assessments.
All activities originate from one main screen which
truly simplifies the process for the administrator (see
screenshot below).
Integration:
The CLUES™ system is also built specifically to allow for quick
integration with our partners using HR–XML Schemas. Following
this well–established schema, we are able to quickly integrate
allowing our partners to privately brand the assessments
as well as add their own “touch” to the experience within
their own platform there making the experience seamless to the participant
and administrators.
The online CLUES™ Assessment System is very
robust and yet easy to use. Many of our clients however wish
to work with our team to add even more value to the
system in order to meet their unique assessment needs. Integration
using HR-XML schemas allows for a truly seamless experience
to the user.
Many
of our clients have an existing HRIS system, Applicant
Tracking System or other systems that they utilize in
HR. We
work with the client and/or other HR vendor to integrate
our systems in order to create efficiencies for the
client, applicants and employees.
