While these five factors have
been given various names, we have chosen to label
them as CLUES,
an easily-remembered acronym that precisely captures
their intended usage – CLUES about
the nature of the person under scrutiny:

PeopleClues™ measures
each of the “Big 5” personality
traits separately using a normative Personality
questionnaire. Furthermore, in assessing the
five main personality traits, PeopleClues™ is
also able to calculate the respondent’s
preferred style of working with others – this
is called the Team scale. This
provides you with a clear indication of how the
individual will fit into a team role and provide
valuable information regarding current team performance. |

2. Quick and
easy to use |

To complete all the assessments, PeopleClues™
usually takes the participant no longer than 15
to 20 minutes to complete and has been complemented
by current users for its simplicity and intuitive
user friendlyness.
Easy and quick to use, the system is Web based
and does not require extensive training or interpretation
allowing your business to get on with what you
do best, avoid use of dedicated resource and obtain
information about candidates and employees quickly

the CLUES system has been designed
and validated by respected psychologists as a
business tool (rather than a clinical tool) and
therefore provides an insight to peoples likely
business performance and job preference so you

PeopleClues™ was
also built specifically for the Internet age rather
than being adapted to suit an online environment.
The online system removes the need for desktop software
and is fully HR-XML compliant so it can be fully
integrated into your HR Information Systems if need

4. Include
Cognitive Ability in addition to Personality |

In addition, PeopleClues™ also
measures the individual’s Cognitive
Ability which is being increasingly recognised
as a better indication of a persons suitability
for a role and/or career development
than academic records are alone.
Finally, if needed, PeopleClues™ also has
an ‘integrity’ measure of Attitude (called CandidClues).
The respondent is asked to rate various statements
that will affect various job performance factors
such as: good impression, low conscientiousness,
resilience, hostility, etc – an added dimension
for predicting job success and attitude towards
key customer service and personal integrity measures
which have a direct impact on the performance
of your business.

5. Little
or no expert interpretation |

Descriptive reports, automated
scoring and norming avoid the need for an interpretation
heavy process and allow anyone to read and understand
the reports. This allows for quick and easy assessment
as well as providing the information in a simple
and useful discussion format.
In addition to extensive
and easy to understand descriptive reports, you

associated “benchmarking” system for
