As companies secure the entry point to their organisation
in terms of effectively screening applicants to ensure
job fit, they must also ensure that they are effectively coaching
and developing their current employees.
In many cases, companies introduce their employees
to the Employee Lifecycle at this stage by
asking them to take the CLUES™ personality and
cognitive assessments in order to begin data-basing the core behavioural
competencies of their human resources.
Employees are the most valuable

the organisation to add a crucial piece of data to their
training and development process. While a company may
have good training programs available, it must also
look to see what behavioural traits may be missing for
an employee in their current role.
By understanding
the individual employee’s core behavioural competencies, management
and the employee can more effectively plan for development
and higher performance.
