The online CLUES™ Assessment System is very robust and yet easy
to use. Many of our clients however wish to work with our team to add
even more value to the system in order to meet their unique assessment
needs. Some of the other ways we work with our clients are:
Integration using HR–XML schemas
to allow for a truly seamless experience to the user.
Many of our clients have an existing HR information
system, Applicant Tracking System or other systems that
they utilise in HR. We work with the client and/or other
HR vendor to integrate our systems in order to create
efficiencies for the client, applicants and employees.
Benchmarking Studies to tie the CLUES™ assessments
to job performance. Utilising our team of well known
psychologists and statisticians, we will work with our
clients to help them plan and build benchmarks for their

Ongoing Validation Studies to demonstrate job relatedness,
verification that key assessment initiatives are being met such as
reduction in turnover, etc. and compliance with legal standards for
human resource assessments. Utilising our team of well–known
psychologist and statisticians, we will work with our clients to conduct
ongoing validation studies which may include predictive, concurrent
or test–retest studies. We will work together as well to publish
the results of those studies.
Custom Report Development including
graphic style reports for higher volume positions (See Sample
Custom Report). Some clients want a different style report which
can include graphic style reporting as well as custom development of
the behavioural interview questions. We work with our clients to determine
what style will best achieve their needs, create the report and then
launch them within their existing online accounts.
Private Branding (White Labelling) of
the URL (web address) used for applicants and logo,
etc. This entails putting your company logo/brand throughout
the entire application and reports, so that applicants
and/or employees see your corporate name and details
rather than ours. Necessary copyrights, etc, will
still be present.
