Balance Sheet is one of the key components of the employee
lifecycle. We

data for their organisation and map out the current
balance sheet of core behavioural competencies. This includes
determining key advantages and potential problem areas
as they plan their human resource strategy.
For example, imagine that an organisation is planning
to change their compensation plan for their sales team
