Strategic Workforce Planning utilising a CLUES™ Human Balance Sheet is one of the key components of the employee lifecycle.  We work with our clients to analyse the CLUES™ assessment data for their organisation and map out the current balance sheet of core behavioural competencies.  This includes determining key advantages and potential problem areas as they plan their human resource strategy.
