Team Clues

It is well known that team dynamics can affect performance just as powerfully as overall job fit and employee attitudes.  For that reason, it is critical that a component of the overall Employee Lifecycle process be a consideration of how the individual “fits” within the team.  TeamClues™ is designed to help understand how the individual “fits” within the team and what dynamics may be present that are both positive and challenging.  

Unlike other assessments that are designed to be team building tools, the CLUES™ personality and cognitive assessments are measurements that are used throughout the lifecycle rather than being a separate tool that doesn’t interact with the same measurements used for selection, coaching, etc.  As you build your online “database” of behavioural competencies, why not use that same data to determine team dynamics?
