Sample Reports
To allow you to evaluate PeopleClues™ we
have made some sample reports available for you to download.
These reports are designed for both qualified test
users and general line managers and use language and
statistics that may only be familiar to those who have
attended PeopleClues™ training programmes.
Sample Attitude (Candid) Clues
CandidClues™ assesses six areas
of potentially counterproductive behaviours by a self-descriptive
inventory that taps six substantive areas of concern
as well a Good Impression (validity) scale.
Sample JobClues
Using the CLUES™ personality
and Cognitive Assessments, JobClues™ provides
reports describing an individual’s core behavioral traits and
cognitive reasoning speed. The reporting describes the
participant’s
core Personality and Cognitive measurements in the context
of various job categories and what affect they may have
on performance in that type of job. It then provides specific
behavioural interview questions based on how the participant
scored in various areas.

Employees are the most valuable resource a company
has and the following reports allow
the organisation to add a crucial piece of data to their
training and development process. While a company may
have good training programs available, it must also
look to see what behavioural traits may be missing for
an employee in their current role.

MyJobClues™ is
a great way to gain initial insight.
Sample Custom Report
Some clients want a different style report which can
include graphic style reporting as well as custom development of the
behavioural interview questions. We work with our clients to determine
what style will best achieve their needs, create the report and then
launch them within their existing online accounts.
