1-day Workshop
Our Assessor in Psychometrics
training package will equip you and any of
your team (including line managers) who are involved
in recruitment, with invaluable skills to assess
candidates using PeopleClues™.
The training will enable
your team to interpret results by comparing the applicant’s scores
to a benchmark that has been put together by our Occupational
Psychologists at PeopleClues™, which has been tailored specifically
to your business. Your assessment team
will then be able to make decisions based on real, scientific
criteria – not gut feel.
What does the package include?
The Assessor in Psychometrics package includes the training
and job analysis for up to 3 roles with the
provision of personality benchmarks so that the assessor
can establish whether the candidates appear ideal,
a possible concern or potentially not appropriate (green,
amber and red).
