1-day Workshop

This one day course qualifies people who are already Level B qualified, but without a PeopleClues™ qualification, to use the range of assessments.

It is suitable for:

• Those who already hold the BPS Certificate of Competence in Occupational Testing Level B (Intermediate or Full) or equivalent, and who wish to qualify in an additional instrument
• This may include those working in HR, training and line management and also those working in counselling and education

Content:

The workshop includes exercises, group work and presentations and covers the following areas:

• Familiarisation with the PeopleClues™ and Big Five scales
• Exercises in interpretation
• Issues in choosing a norm group
• Administration, interpretation and feedback practice
• Scoring and understanding profiles
• Reliability and validity of the instrument
• Online options for administering, scoring and interpreting the PeopleClues™ range of assessments
