1 Day Workshop

This one-day workshop will build on the extensive knowledge gained from other PeopleClues™ training workshops, and develop the skills and experience you need in using the system in a developmental context.

The workshop covers the use of the system in one-to-one development discussions. For those involved in coaching or development planning sessions, this workshop will enable you to leverage the power of the PeopleClues™ in helping others to identify how their preferences can impact upon their performance.

Content:

The course will look at case studies and use exercises to provide participants with experience of applying their knowledge to specific development areas, highlighting where the system can add value on its own and its use alongside other tools and techniques.

• Incorporate PeopleClues™ into development processes
• Integrate the the information from the system into a coaching model and deliver effective development planning sessions
• Understand how your own preferences can impact upon your own coaching style
• Apply PeopleClues™ in helping managers with the challenges of leadership, communication and managing transitions
