Interpreter Training (BPS Level A)

2-Day Workshop plus Distance Learning

This two day course introduces you to psychometric testing. It focuses on ability and aptitude testing. The training provides a thorough grounding in the principles, construction and uses of psychometric tests.

Upon successful completion delegate will be BPS Level A qualified.

• Test administration and scoring
• Installation of test procedures
• Use of tests in human resources
• Equal opportunities and fair selection
• Ethics of test supply
• Construction and development of tests
• Reliability and validity
• Interpretation and feedback of test results
• Comparison of a range of UK tests currently available

• Qualification to standards set by the British Psychological Society. You can then apply to receive their Certificate of Competence in Occupational Testing (Level A)
