½ Day Seminar or Workshop

Designed for a group within an organisation with little or no knowledge of PeopleClues™, this programme introduces attendees to the Big Five and PeopleClues™. The event demonstrates how the system is used in a work environment, what it can do and individuals' own profiles.

It is ideal to run this event with delegates about to attend one of our training courses, such as a team build, to increase familiarity and understanding of the instrument. It is also appropriate for a group to complete before attending an in-house or public PeopleClues™ Interpreter or Practitioner workshop.

A half-day version of this programme is available for those seeking a group presentation and brief orientation to applications of relevance to them such as recruitment & selection or use within a training & development setting.

Content

• Feedback on profiles and how it can be used with the aid of benchmarking to establish Best Fit Type.
• Experiencing the power of PeopleClues™ through exercise and discussion.
• Familiarity with the applications of PeopleClues™, focusing on those with particular relevance to the organisation.
• Starts the process of embedding PeopleClues™ within an organisation, group or team.
