Practitioner Training (BPS Level B - PeopleClues™ only)

2+1–day Workshop plus Distance Learning

This two day course with one day follow-up qualifies you to use PeopleClues™ personality assessments for selection and development.

The intensive workshop uses a variety of learning methods, including visual media, interactive exercises, group work, presentations and real-life practice sessions.

Content:

• General grounding in personality theory and assessment
• Theory and construction, understanding the scales, applications and ethical use of PeopleClues™
• Practical skills, including administration, scoring, interpretation, report writing and giving feedback
• Technical issues, including reliability and validity.
• Practice in interpreting the profiles
• Applications of the instrument.
