1 Day Workshop

This one day workshop will build upon the extensive knowledge gained from your other training and develop the skills and experience you need to help groups address issues in a team environment.

The practical exercises and materials will give you the confidence to tackle common issues such as improving communication, resolving conflict and solving problems.

• Work with team leaders to set objectives
• Plan formats and timings which integrate PeopleClues™
• Diagnose a team's needs
• Understand the needs of the team you are working with
• Use the TeamClues™ Reports to explore team dynamics
